Wy-Hit-Tuk Park does not serve as just a county park; it provides an activity node and access point to the 60-mile-long Delaware Canal State Park. The Delaware Canal Towpath, known as the D&L Trail, is popular for hiking and biking, for which Wy-Hit-Tuk Park serves as a trailhead. Park facilities include a pavilion, picnic tables, grills, playground, sand volleyball court, multipurpose field, five campsites (for organized group camping only), an amphitheater and restrooms (open April through October). The pavilion and amphitheater are adaptive reuses of aggregate bins that remained from the previous owner.

ATTENTION: The pavilion is currently undergoing a rehabiltation project, due to this the pavilion will not be available for rental until further notice.

Historical Interest:
- "Wy-Hit-Tuk" means "River" in the Native American language of the Lenape, the American Indians who lived throughout the Delaware River Basin at the time of European contact.
