WHAT: Notice of Logic & Accuracy Testing for the General Election

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 10:00 am, the Northampton County Board of Elections will be conducting the Logic & Accuracy (L&A) Testing of the DS Central Count Scanners to be used at the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, to ascertain that they will accurately count the votes cast for all offices. The Central Count L&A Testing will take place in the 3^rd Floor Training Room of the Northampton County Government Center. The Central Count L&A Testing is open to the public and media.

The Northampton County Elections Division will be conducting the L&A Testing of the voting machines for the November 5, 2024 Election starting on Monday, October 7, 2024, and will continue through October 10, 2024; commencing at 9:00 am, prevailing time, at the elections warehouse. The L&A Testing is open to the public and media. Photography and video footage at the warehouse are prohibited.
